Daniel and I met and started dating in July of 2005. After a good year, we were married Aug 5, 2006. We lived in the Love Shack Trailer in Egin, ID. Though a bit far from town, we enjoyed ourselves and gained great friendships. In April 2008, we moved a few miles to Hibbard, near Rexburg. In September Baby Addyson entered our family; truly blessing our lives, hearts, and home.

The Hoeback Rafting Trip

HOLD ON YOU GUYS!

My dad bought a raft this summer, so of course the fam had to try it out. This is one of the photos of their trip. Dan, my dad, Barry & Karin, Rick & Brit, and Todd & Suzy are the wild cats, if you were wondering. Glad they all made it back safe!

The Bar J on our Anniversary

For our 2 year anniversary on August 5th, Daniel took me to Jackson to the Bar J. This time he was actually able to really surprise me without someone blowing it. I was really surprised he'd take me there because a couple days before he was making fun of the Bar J. But I think that he really did like it. The food was awesome, but the 24 hours of heartburn for me was not so awesome!

¡feliz cumpleaƱos Gringa!

For my birthday, Dan tried to surprise me with a secret dinner with my family at Gringo's. Too bad my family all has big mouths and spilled it to me. But it was still enjoyable

Chicago Trip in July

In July, Dan and Greg had to go back to Chicago for a second time for work. They were oh so ever kind to invite Tiff and I. It was such a fun trip and so very warm! We were able to do a ton of walking, oh and site-seeing. My legs were so swollen by the time we came home!

Almost 7 months pregnant and still biking!

On Sunday afternoons this summer, Dan and I have been going rides on his motorbike, mostly just so he can say we use it so he doesn't have to sell it :) But on the particular Sunday afternoon, Melissa Hawks and her finance, Nate wanted to go for a bicycle ride. It was a good time.

Mel didn't want to ride my niece's little bike, so we called Kimmi in Hawaii to borrow her bike. But how to get there... a pump of course!

We got down the road a couple of blocks before thinking how funny it probably looked to see this big pregnant girl giving a pump to the skinny girl. We made it to Kimmi's though! I just thought I was going to have a heart attack!

Pregnant and Showing!

My buddies ditched me this summer! Carp, Mel, and Kimmi decided to spend some of the summer working their tails off and not enjoying life at all in Hawaii. Now if you believe that, you've got some issues. Before they left, we went bowling and I finally got a pregnant photo taken. I didn't realize how big I was until I saw the picture. WOW! I was 5 1/2 months at this time.

Halloween Party Fun!

See look at our fun friends! This is for you, Mandi, for giving me crap about not updating our blog...I'll show you!

One of the traditions we have come to enjoy together is the annual Halloween theme party with some of the other crazies of Fremont County. The first year we went was when we were dating and the theme was "house hold heroes." Just try to figure out what we are! The next year we had the party at the new DePatco building and the theme was High School cliques. Dan was a great sport and went as a Sugar Salem cheerleader. Don't be fooled, he really did enjoy the experience, and it is one I don't think he will ever live down..."My name is Dan. I am the Man!" Next party in 2007 we were the MEN IN BLACK for the "Out of this world" theme. If you think our costumes are good...you should check out some of our friends...Weston & Mandi, Jon & Bonnie, Justin & Jenni, etc.

Dan and I were set up by the employees of the dentist office that we both went to back in 2005. We knew a lot of the same people, but never knew of each other even though we only lived 11 miles apart.

Daniel Stoddard grew up in Egin, Id, but we wont hold that against him. He graduated from South Fremont many moons ago, then from Ricks College and Utah State with a degree in accounting. After enjoying a couple years of work in Vernal, Ut, Dan came back home to work for the family excavation company, DePatco.

Brooke Holman Stoddard was superly lucky to grow up in the wonderful and beautiful Sugar City, Id. She graduated from Sugar Salem, then thru the summers she worked her tail off :) on the road crew and attended school at BYU-I and eventually gained a general assosicate degree and then her nursing degree. She (or I) am currently working at the hospital in Rexburg.
